Our Story
From a gym in Auburn to Good Morning America
Health is the new luxury — and we've been saying it since 2011.
It started with a kindergarten crayon hustle — selling what he had, to whoever wanted it, before he was old enough to spell entrepreneur. Years later, in a gym in Auburn, Alabama, that same instinct turned into a blender, a cooler, and a line of people who kept coming back.
The recipes came from his wife's father — a lifetime of smoothie-making passed across the family table — mixed with the California Raisins playfulness that made the whole thing feel like a party instead of a health lecture. That's why the menu is named after dances. You don't order a green smoothie here. You order a Running Man.

"We don't sell smoothies. We sell the experience — and you just get a smoothie while you're here. We're like a modern-day Cheers, where everybody knows your name."
